The service

Zana provides an assistant and tools for customer messaging, catalog, orders and bookings. During the pilot the service may change.

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of your business data, the security of your account and the actions of your team members.

Acceptable use

You may not use it for spam, fraud, unlawful content or to break Meta, TikTok or WhatsApp policies.

Prices, stock and policies shown to customers come from your business data; the assistant does not invent them.

Liability

The service is provided as is during the pilot. The business remains responsible for its offers, prices and relationship with its customers.

Termination

You can request deletion of your account in the app (Settings › Delete account). We process it within 30 days as described on the Data deletion page; until then you can cancel the request.
